    Jamaican reggae melodica and keyboard player, producer, and label owner. Brother Of Dudley "Manzie" Swaby Born June 21, in St. Andrew, Jamaica, Pablo popularised the melodica in Reggae music, and his collaboration King Tubbys Meets Rockers Uptown was crucial in the development of Dub. He ran the labels Rockers, Message, Hot Stuff (3), Pablo International, and Rockers International.

    In an interview with Reggae Quarterly Magazine (issue 3, /83) Augustus Pablo states that he gave a tape of this Lp to ‘somebody in America’ who put it out as a record but did not pay. Pablo admits that he got a copy of this LP, presumably the original Clocktower issue, and copied the cover and released the record on his own ‘Yard.
